OUTDOOR SCHOOL CLUB REFUND POLICY

 

At Surfing Surfside Outdoor School Club, we understand that plans can change. Therefore, we’ve established a flexible cancellation policy. If you need to cancel, please send your cancellation request to rose@surfingsurfsidefl.com.

• For cancellations received 4 weeks in advance, we offer a 100% refund.
• If you cancel 2 weeks in advance, you will receive credits that can be used for any of our outdoor activities.
• Please note that cancellations made after the start of the class will not be eligible for a refund, except in the case of a medical emergency (with a doctor’s note) or a family emergency.
